Alice Preethi

I am an educator with an academic background rooted in History, Culture, and Archaeology. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in History, dual Master’s degrees in History and Ancient Indian Culture & Archaeology, and a B.Ed. with History as my pedagogy. I have one year of professional experience as a Social Science TGT educator in a CBSE school, where I taught middle-school students and developed a strong foundation in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and learner engagement. Over the past year, I have also worked as an online English educator, teaching learners from Class 6 onwards as well as working professionals through both one-on-one and group sessions. My transition into English teaching came naturally through my interest in communication and my experience of working with learners from different backgrounds. My background in History has strengthened my ability to research, explain ideas clearly, and encourage critical thinking, while English teaching has allowed me to apply these skills to communication and confidence building. I aim to create a comfortable, interactive learning environment where learners can express themselves, participate actively, and develop practical communication skills.
