I’m Balpreet, a TEFL/TESOL/IELTS-certified English Language Educator, Spoken English Trainer, and Public Speaking & Communication Skills Coach with a passion for helping learners become confident, clear, and effective communicators. My teaching journey is centred around one belief: English is not just a subject to learn—it is a skill to experience, practise, and use confidently in real life. I work with learners to overcome hesitation, build fluency, improve pronunciation and articulation, expand vocabulary, and express their ideas with confidence. My classes are interactive, learner-centred, and practical, incorporating ice-breakers, real-life conversations, role plays, discussions, presentations, and speaking activities. I use Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Learning (TBL), PPP, ESA, scaffolding, differentiated instruction, needs analysis, and formative assessment to adapt learning to individual needs. What sets me apart is my focus on the learner behind the language. I create a safe and encouraging space where learners can make mistakes, learn from them, and gradually move from “I’m afraid to speak” to “I can express myself confidently.” My goal is simple: to turn awkward silences into confident conversations and help every learner find their voice.
